This is a 1990 solo album by Amakye Dede, a Ghanaian singer who has been active since the early 1980s under the name Amakye Dede and His Apollo High Kings. It features five tracks of refreshing tropical highlife with a smooth, mellow sound, including Afro-reggae A1 with its light digital drum beats and cheesy yet tasteful digital synth sounds, and A2 with its comfortable shuffle of live drums and flowing melodies from mild bass and guitar. (Chee)
There are two scuffs at the beginning of B1, causing continuous popping noises, but no skips.
A1: Ebe Ye Yie
A2: Me Ne Wo Idi Nkra
