An album released in 1979 by An Bichi, a singer representing the Korean traditional music world who is designated as a Korean Human Cultural Treasure, joined with Mook Keewoul, and Lee Eunjoo. It is a classical folk song called "Chag Boo Tahryung," which is one of the traditional farming songs to pray for a good harvest in the Korean peninsula. Though this song can be listen on a lot of compilation such as Korean Folk Song Collection, this album is including very long version over 17 mins on both side. The sounds and melodies of folk instruments such as puk, janggo, pili, and ttegum, and sung powerfully with a unique vocal technique, will make your heart pound. An Bichi's singing is just wonderful.
