An album released in 1959 by American saxophonist Arnett Cobb, who had played with groups like Lionel Hampton and Wynonie Harris in the 1940s and led his own group in the early 1950s. This leader album was released by Prestige and features a quintet with Ray Bryant (p), Wendell Marshall (b), Ray Barretto (per), and Arthur Taylor (ds). The album showcases excellent soul jazz with a very relaxed atmosphere, including a leisurely and adult groove on the blues jazz track A1 and a Latin-feeling track A2 highlighted by Barretto's conga. This is a US reissue from Original Jazz Classics in 1986.
