This duo album, released in 1974, features Art Lande, a Grammy-nominated pianist/drummer from New York, USA, and Jan Garbarek, a Norwegian lead player who has recorded many masterpieces for ECM. The album has a beautiful abstract pictorial sound world, as if a deep fog is hanging over a wide meadow, including B1, in which a glossy and extended soprano saxophone intertwines with a spiritual rhythm played by a delicate and transparent acoustic piano, and B2, in which a piano and flute with a soft touch drift in the silence. This is th e2nd pressing, but the master plate seems to be the same as the first pressing, and the sound quality is excellent.

A1: Quintennaissance
B1: Verdulac
