This is a leader album released in 1979 by Bennie Wallace, an American jazz saxophonist who played in Franco Ambrosetti's group and George Gruntz's big band. Eddie Gomez(b) and Eddie Moore(dr). Wallace's aggressive tenor is great, but Gomez's free-form bass playing, which can be heard in A4 playing sound effects and moving around wildly in the high range, is most impressive. The tenor sax and bass on A5 are in abstract unison, and Gomez's bass sounds like a synthesizer in the middle of the song. Original German release on Enja Records.
