Bill Evans, one of the leading pianists of modern jazz, who introduced the impressionistic taste of early 20th century musicians such as Debusy and Ravel into jazz and greatly influenced Herbie Hancok, Chick Corea and Keith Jarrett. This album includes recorded live performances of Bill Evans. Side A is from live performances in Italy in 1969 and 1972, and side B is from a live performance in France in 1965. The Italian show features Eddie Gomez (b) and Marty Morell (ds) as a trio, and the French show features Chuck Israels (b) and Larry Bunker (ds). Please note that there is a small scratch on A2 and a little noise intermittently.
