Bookelos, a band from the French Caribbean island of Martinique. In early '70s, they were back band of the saxophonist Jean-Claude Artigny who featured on Fabriano Fuzion's classic Caribbean spiritual jazz album "Cosmik Sindika", which was featured in guide book "obscure sound". This is a great album that features electric guitars that play phrases with minor chords flowing over aggressive drums and percussion, and zouk with a thick chorus.
