This album was released in 1977 by Carla Bley, an American female pianist/composer who founded the Jazz Composers Orchestra Asociation with her husband Michael Mantler, and made many contributions to the jazz world, including protecting musicians from commercialism. The album features Michael Mantler, Bob Stewart, Richard Tee, Eric Gale, Steve Gadd and others. As the title suggests, this is a very good album of swing, bop, ragtime, blues, and other warmer jazz that you would want to listen to at dinner time. A4 is an nice jazz tune with urban swaying horns, wet touch guitars, and Carla Bley's whispery ennui vocals. It's a great song.
