Released in 1984, this is a composition for nine pianos by Daniel Lentz, a contemporary musician from Pennsylvania, USA, who has worked with Harold Budd and others. The album is an experimental composition for nine pianos, in which Arlene Dunlap's solo piano is cascaded through an echo system into eight parts, creating octaves, melodies and harmonies. The minimalist phrases of the acoustic piano fall like a squall in the sound field space, and are layered by the echo system, changing dramatically over time.
