Vol. 13 of the "Made To Measure" series on the cutting-edge Belgian label Crammed Disc, a leader album by Chapman stick player Daniel Schell, released in 1986. The title track, A5, has a light-touch percussion polyrhythm with soft synth pads and arpeggios, and the rest of the album is rhythmic, ambient, and new agey with a contemporary musical flavor. The sound is very clear and pleasant.
