This album was released in 1980 on Windham Hill, a new age label on the west coast of the U.S. by David Qualey, an American guitarist based in Germany since the 70's. The songs from "Only Guiter", released on Stockfish in Germany in 1978, were re-recorded. released on the German label Stockfish in 1978. The entire album is a solo performance with a single acoustic guitar, and is a work of acoustic music with roots in folk/country music, from songs with fine melodies dancing lightly to naturalistic new age music, all wrapped in pleasant tones from start to finish. The sound is of excellent quality, with very fine cutting and pressing. This is one of those hard to find albums, as it was not released in Japan at the time.
