Detty Kurnia / Aan DarwatiThis album was released in 1984 taken from cassette tapes by Detty Kurnia and Aan Darwati, two of the leading female singers of Indonesian jaipong and West Javanese Sundanese pop music, through the efforts of Toyo Nakamura. It contains Indonesian pop songs that can be called Oriental Tropicarismo, with taut rhythms of gongs and kundan drums played on a scale called dugung, which is used in small gamelan ensembles, and vocals with a charming and familiar melody. There is a simular of a Japanese old pop song. The sound of synthesizer is very interesting. A3: Tembang Dolanan
