Niagara Triangle Vol.1
Niagara Records (Japan) 1976
LQ-7001-E/ (LP) w/insert(faded, light dirts)
sleeve : VG+(SPSE/TOC: crack on edge ond tape, 2cm peeled off on the lower left corner, corner wear, color-faded, slightly dirts.)
media : EX-/EX-(light noises due to small scratches, but still good.)

This is the first session album released in 1976 by the Niagara Family, which consisted of Eiichi Otaki, after the breakup of Happiend, Tatsuro Yamashita and Ginji Ito. The album features two songs written, composed and arranged by Eiichi Otaki, four songs written by Tatsuro Yamashita and four songs written, composed and arranged by Ginji Ito. All of them are strongly influenced by the American sounds of West Coast Rock, Southern Rock, R&B and Doo-Wop. The rhythm section is the Tin Pan Alley family, including Haruomi Hosono (b), Tatsuo Hayashi (dr), Shigeru Suzuki (g), Masataka Matsutoya (p), and Ryuichi Sakamoto (p). The exhilarating vocals are wonderful. The last song on the album, "Niagara Ondo" by Otaki is also great.
