This album was featured in the first edition of the guidebook Obscure Sound. Released in 1987 by Gal Costa, one of the leading voices of the Tropicália movement, it is a true masterpiece that radiates an adult-oriented atmosphere. On track A2, co-written by Djavan and Ronaldo Bastos, Gal Costa’s sultry vocals drift beautifully through a spacious arrangement of gently flowing acoustic guitar and synth pads. Track A3, composed by Caetano Veloso, features an urban mellow arrangement that pairs perfectly with Gal Costa’s irresistibly seductive singing. An outstanding work in every sense.
