George Adams has left behind many masterpieces such as "Paradise Space Shuttle" (1979), which was featured in the first edition of the guidebook "obscure sound", and "Sound Suggestions" released on ECM, and has recorded albums by Hannibal, McCoy Tyner and Cecil McBee. This album was released in 1981 recorded with his close friend, pianist Don Pullen. Cameron Brown (b) and Dannie Richmond participate. This is a gem of spiritual black jazz, from post-bop with a sense of speed to soul jazz with Adams' quintessential bluesy vocals. The moody jazz B3 with flute and piano dancing fluidly is also excellent.
