This is the live recording album by American saxophonist George Adams in Zurich, Switzerland in 1984 with trumpeter Hannibal Marvin Peterson, John Scofield (g), Ron Burton (p), Walter Schmocker (b), and Allen Nelson (ds). From hard bop to soulful free jazz, his performance is overwhelmingly full of energy. I can't help but feel the same spirit as John Coltrane and Pharoah Sanders, and the bluesy jazz with Adams' signature croaky vocals is great. It reminds me of the movie "Mo' Better Blues" directed by Spike Lee.
