This album was released in 1980 by George Russell Sextet. The group features Lew Soloff (tp), Robert Moore (ts, ss), Victor Comer (g), J.F. Jenny Clark (b), Keith Copeland (per), and a sextet that includes Lew Soloff (tp), Robert Moore (ts, ss), Victor Comer (g), and Keith Copeland (per). The album begins with A1, which features a funk-filled rhythm section and blows hot with brass instruments, and then develops deeply with drones from Russell's electronically processed organ and piano in between songs. The entire album is a suite of 14 events, three of which are composed by Jan Garbarek.
