Leader album released on Blue Note in 1965 by American saxophonist Hank Mobley, who played a part in the rise of hard bop as a member of the Jazz Messengers with Art Blakey and Horace Silver. Quintet with Grant Green (g), Winton Kelly (p), Paul Chambers (b) and Philly Joe Jones (ds).
This is a masterpiece of Mobley's quintessential bluesy phrasing, from fast-moving hard bop to slow-grooving soul-jazz. This is a US reissue released in 1975.
