We carefully select, harvest, process, and sell those that have grown healthily and have a distinct flavor. The presence of flavor and aroma, and healthy growth, are signs that the active compounds are robust.
We cultivate herbs with academic names (guaranteed varieties) so that they can be used for extracting compounds, such as in tinctures or infused oils, in addition to being enjoyed as herbal tea.
