An album released in 1975 by renowned West Coast guitarist Howard Roberts, who has collaborated with Herb Geller, Chico Hamilton, and Pete Jolly since the early 1950s. The album features contributions from Dave Grusin (organ), Mike Wofford (electric piano), Jerry Scheff (bass), John Guerin (drums), Mayuto Correa (percussion), Diana Lee (vocals), and Ed Mitchell (synth). It is an experimental jazz rock masterpiece, featuring acoustic guitar enhanced with effects like delay and reverb, and Moog synthesizer processing, producing avant-garde melodies that sound unlike a typical guitar. The combination with electric piano and organ is also remarkable. The album includes mellow jazz rock tracks as well. It's an outstanding album throughout. Highly recommended.
