This masterpiece duo album, released in 1975 by Three Blind Mice, features bassist Kunimitsu Inaba, who had been active since the late '60s with the Masabumi Kikuchi/Terumasa Hino Quintet and as part of Maki Asakawa's backing band, and guitarist Sadanori Nakamure, who had been a prominent figure in the Japanese jazz scene since the '50s. The album covers jazz standards such as "Autumn Leaves," "Alone Together," and "My Foolish Heart," presenting beautifully emotive performances with a simple guitar and bass arrangement. It's a classic that creates a serene, picturesque atmosphere, perfect for any season, and harmonizes wonderfully with environmental sounds. Listening to it on a rainy day, in particular, enhances its emotional depth. This is the original edition with a booklet.
