This quartet album was released in 1974 and features Jan Garbarek (ts, ss), Keith Jarrett (p), Palle Danielsson (b), and Jon Christensen (ds), all of whom are leading ECM musicians. The album features a groove-filled rhythm section, a bright piano and tenor saxophone with a strong attack on Jazz Dancer A1, and a moody slow jazz A2 with Jarrett's flowing and beautiful piano and Garbarek's melancholy saxophone. The soundscape that symbolizes ECM is truly wonderful in every way. This is an original US pressing.
