This is the 1978 album by the Indian singer-songwriter Jagjit Singh and his wife Chitra Singh, who were acclaimed as the king and queen of "<Ghazal>," a style of formal lyrical poetry with themes of love that became famous in the Indian music scene from the 1970s onwards, drawing from literary traditions spanning from the Middle East to Asia. While I don't have specific details, the album appears to be a double-vinyl recording of their concerts in India, as the title suggests. There may have been some editing involved as the audience applause sounds somewhat unnatural at times, but aside from that, you can enjoy the splendid performances and the enchanting, colorful vocals of Jagjit and Chitra throughout the album. Ghazal has an emotional quality that resonates with Japanese pop songs in some ways.
