A 1985 duo album by American flutist Jim Walker, leader of Free Flight and a member of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and American pianist Mike Garson, who has also performed with artists including Chick Corea, Stan Getz, and Paul Horn. Released by the audiophile label Reference Recordings, founded in San Francisco in 1976. True to its title, the album presents contemporary jazz with the delicate, watercolor-like quality of light reflecting on the surface of water. The acoustic new age atmosphere also brings to mind a number of releases on Windham Hill. A beautifully refined recording and a title that is rarely seen in Japan.
