In the 1960s, he opened a radio and TV repair store in Kingston, Jamaica, and soon started selling records. He used his skills as a repairman to open a recording studio, and since then, he has created many historical masterpieces, including Bob Marley and Peter Tosh. This is the third album in the "African Dub Almighty" series released in 1978 by Joe Gibbs and his group The Professionals, who also appear briefly in the movie "Rockers. It is a masterpiece of roots reggae/dub with a trippy dub mix that goes back to Africa, as it should be. It's always great to listen to.
