This album was introduced in the first edition of the guidebook "Obscure Sound." Released in 1989 by Indian percussionist Jolly Kunjappu, who is active in Germany, it opens with an intro featuring synth pads and meditative panning sounds that seem to launch you into space. Track A1 features bright piano and saxophone gently dancing over spatial machine rhythms, while track A4 contrasts cosmic synthesizer sounds with meditative oriental flute and sitar. The entire album is a peaceful and meditative fusion of electronics and organic live instruments, epitomizing the best of Kunjappu's work in the genre of oriental new age music. The title track, B1, especially embodies the ultimate vision of this album.
