An acoustic guitar duo consisting of Jorge Strunz from Costa Rica and Andreshir Farah from Iran, Strunz & Farah have been performing together since 1980. This is their 1985 album release. Track B3 features Ashish Khan, the eldest son of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, on the sarod, while track B4 includes an Iranian singer specializing in Persian traditional songs. Additionally, musicians from Costa Rica and Iran participate as guest artists, contributing traditional folk instruments such as the sarod, quena, zampoña, and charango. The album showcases a magnificent blend of ethno-acoustic music, where the flowing and lyrical melodies of nylon- and steel-string guitars organically intertwine with these traditional instruments.
