A 1983 album by a trio led by Moroccan-born French pianist Robert Kaddouch, joined by bassist Cesarius Alvim and drummer Daniel Humair. A little-known masterpiece of French contemporary jazz, featuring superbly constructed pieces that reveal a remarkable range of expression through fluid shifts in tempo. Having studied with figures in contemporary music such as Iannis Xenakis and Bruno Rigutto, Kaddouch later developed his own educational approach based on the principles of transmission and communication through creativity. Here, you can hear outstanding performances that clearly reflect Kaddouch’s unique musical concepts.
