This album was released in 1962 by Karl-Heinz Stockhausen, one of Germany's leading contemporary musicians, who began with typical serie rhythms and continued to develop into group music, momento form, and forme technique, and also left many live electronic works. Recorded in the electronic music studio of the West German Radio Cologne, the album is a collage of various electronic sounds, including vocal, prepared piano, metal/leather/wooden percussion, and sequenced impulse generator, and is a contact between instrumental and electronic sounds performed by human players. This is a music concrète work that attempts to make contact between instrumental music played by humans and electronic sounds. The sound quality has been greatly improved by reflecting the technology of the time.
