This album was released in 1984 by Kvartetten, a group of musicians features Lars Graugaard (ft,per), Christian Sievert (g,per,vo), Hugo Rasmussen (b) and Bjarne Rostvold (ds,per), all Danish jazz musicians who have long been at the forefront of the Nordic jazz scene. Almost all of the songs are original scores by Graugaard, and the music is organic ethnic jazz with an acoustic sound centered on earthy flute and percussion, while incorporating the essence of Latin, samba, bossa nova, and various other South American music. This is an undiscovered masterpiece with very good contents.
