The 7" single released by Kyoko Koizumi in 1988 with lyrics written by Kyoko Koizumi, music composed by Tetsuya Komuro and arranged by Nobuyuki Shimizu. The B-side is a song written by Yukinojo Mori, composed by Haruomi Hosono, and arranged by Akira Nishihira for NHK's "Minna no Uta". This song is also a ska-like synth-pop song with all synthesizers and beats, but the unique key modulation that can be found in many of Haruomi Hosono's idol songs from the 80s creates a mysterious atmosphere.
