This is the second release from the label ISC HI-FI Selects, curated by the LA record shop In Sheep's Clothing Hi-Fi, following the buzz generated by the album "Live at Sound City" featuring Pino Palladino, Blake Mills, and Sam Gendel. This time, They released duo album by Kyoko Takenaka and Tomoki Sanders. Takenaka started her career as a singer at the age of 7 and has a jazz pianist father, and saxophonist Tomoki Sanders, the son of the late Pharoah Sanders, and has also been active in Japan's club jazz scene since the mid-2010s.
The album features 8 tracks of original neo-hybrid exotic music born from the unique mixture and balance of electronic elements, ambient sounds, jazz, experimental, and avant-garde influences, characteristic of the creative sensibilities of the new generation of musicians.
