This album was released in 1979 by Lani Hall, an American fimele singer who was also a member of Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66. Co-produced with her husband Herb Alpert, the album features Neil Larsen, Buzz Feiten and Jerry Knight. In my guidebook "Obscure Sound: 640 Greatest Albums of All Time", I introduced "Sun Down Lady", a mellow summer breeze album from 1972. As you can see from the cover art, this is a great album of pop, boogie, and groovy rock with an urban sense. The album is full of good songs, but I recommend A3, which has a great progressive development full of floating feeling and different taste from other songs.
