Sona Gaia, a sub-label of Narada that has produced many fine new age albums, released this album in 1985 by flutist Larkin. side A gently combines the sounds of nature (baby laughter, birdsong, wind and waves) with the acoustic sounds of flute, guitar and percussion. Side B is a spiritual exploration of the earth's throbbing bass and meditative pad synths. Both of these tracks are realistic new age meditation music with a beautiful world view of nature and daily life. The sound is a refined and modern interpretation of the American Iasos, the founder of New Age music.
