Lucio Battisti, one of Italy's leading cantatoure, released this album in 1982, which is entirely based on electronics with synthesizers and rhythm machines. The beautifully reverbed synthesizer sounds reminiscent of Vangelis, which depict beautiful landscapes like the surface of the Mediterranean Sea glistening in the strong sunlight, are exquisitely matched with his unique simple and rustic vocals, creating a very deep worldview. Battisti's work shows various faces in each era, but it is amazing that he maintains a high standard in all of his works. Original Italian pressing.
