This is a live album by Caetano Veloso and Maria Bethania, two siblings who led the Brazilian Tropocalismo movement in the '60s, released in 1985. The album features a variety of songs, from danceable tunes with a groovy backing band, to mellow pop and folk songs with the two sisters' melodious chorus work. This live album is probably the first time they have performed together. I highly recommend the psychedelic funk/rock track A2 by Joao Vale and Jose Candido Compose, which is probably the first time this album has been released live. (Chee)
