This is a duo album released in 1980 by Masahiko Sato, one of Japan's leading jazz pianists who has been at the forefront of the music scene since his debut with the leader album "Palladium" in 1969, and bassist Eddie Gomez, who has left behind many sessions for up-and-coming labels such as ECM and Enja. The album was released in 1980. The album was recorded and mixed at the CBS Sony studio in Shinanomachi in the same year. 7 of the 8 tracks were composed by Sato and 1 by Gomez, but the atmosphere of the album was mostly created through sessions. I recommend B1, in which Sato's electric piano with a sense of flight is endlessly pleasing.
