Matti Caspi's debut solo album, released in 1974, is a self-produced work where he handled all the performances, including guitar, organ, mellotron, piano, percussion, synthesizer, and more. Caspi, one of Israel's top artists, has been active since the late 1960s and is known for his collaboration with Shlomo Gronich on the 1971 album "Why Didn't You Tell Me?," considered the first progressive rock album in Israel. He has also collaborated with Ehud Manor, Yehudith Ravitz, and others. This diverse pop work incorporates elements of folk, rock, and Latin, creating a variety-filled atmosphere reminiscent of Japanese popular songs. Particularly outstanding is the folk-inspired soft rock track B2, where Caspi's sexy vocal tone shines.
