This is an album by Moziki La Juventus, a Congolese group led by Toupi Toukala, a singer who has appeared on Youlou Mabiala and later Orchstre T.P.O.K. Jazz. I don't know the details. The music is a typical soukous style that gets better and better from the middle to the latter half of the album. It seems to be a group that mainly plays live in clubs, and the sound is soft, comfortable, and very danceable.
