An album released in 1981 by Naomi Chiaki, one of Japan's most iconic female singers, who gained immense popularity in the early 1970s with the "Dramatic Kayō" style through hits like "Kassai", "Gekijō", and "Yakan Hikō", before going on hiatus in 1992. This album features a full collection of modern and sophisticated covers of French chanson classics by artists such as Dalida, Édith Piaf, and Michel Polnareff. Notable tracks include A2, which boasts a stylish arrangement reminiscent of early energy disco acts like Sylvester, and B1, a tropical Caribbean-reggae inspired take on a Gilbert Bécaud song. This album marked her first release after transitioning from Nippon Columbia to Victor, signaling a bold new musical direction and standing as a masterpiece of adult-oriented pop. Naomi Chiaki’s Victor-era albums have a distinct urban feel, and this one is no exception. The artwork is also stunning.

A1: それぞれのテーブル

A2: 女はアクトレス

B1: 私は愛されるのが好き
