After performing solo drone live shows under the name "sonic" at venues such as Koenji 20000V and Nishi-Shinjuku DOM (now Shin-Okubo EARTHDOM), NAT000 became a member of the hardcore bands BUTTHEAD SUNGLASSand ABRAHAM CROSS, which gained popularity in Tokyo's underground scene in the 2000s. After resuming solo activities, NAT000 has been creating and performing electronic music using analog synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, software, and effects. This is NAT000’s first analog release—an outstanding experimental electronic ambient work, featuring an organic sound woven with pure and crystalline electronic tones. Highly recommended. This is the first release from mykesrhiza, a label run by Jun Kitamura of Koenji Knock. The mastering was handled by Isao Kumano, the head of Phonon, an audio brand known for high-quality headphones and other audio products.
