This album was released in 1976 by the German experimental jazz quartet OM, consisting of Urs Leimgruber (ss,ts,perc), Christy Doran (g), Bobby Burri (b) and Freddy Studer (ds,perc). On this album, the guitar and the soprano saxophone play mysterious phrases over the rhythm created by the solid drum and the wood bass, and the flute plays an earthy melody and the bass plays a strong beat with a synth-like tone. This is a great piece of experimental ethno jazz. The sound quality is very sharp and piercing.
