This trio album was released in 1975 features guitarist Bill Connors and clarinetist Jimmy Giuffre under the direction of Paul Bley, one of Canada's leading jazz pianists, who has recorded many masterpieces with his own groups, and many sessions. It was released on Paul Bley's own Improvising Artists Inc. label. Based on the concept that "first wisdom was gained another's quiet song" this album features flute, clarinet, saxophone, guitar, acoustic piano, and electric piano in solo, duo, and trio forms, respectively, playing delicate melodies in a serene atmosphere. This is deep jazz at its finest. If you like ECM, you must listen to this album. Highly recommended.
