An album released in 1972 by flutist Paul Horn, a jazz player who left behind a vast array of musical works spanning various fields—from cosmic electronic music created with analog synthesizers to meditative improvisations utilizing the acoustic effects of historical structures around the world. Side A features ambient music structured around the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space, expressed through a combination of field-recorded natural sounds and flute performances. Side B includes classical flute solos and trippy sound cuts, such as the processed and effect-laden calls of orcas. A truly "super" organic world, perfect for listening to while relaxing on your sofa.
