Leader album released in 1982 by American clarinet player Peter Kuhn, who also played bin The Frank Low Orchestra. A quartet with the prodigies Wayne Horvitz, Dennis Charles and William Parker. A1, with its orthodox hard bop style with a hint of perversity; A2, with its brooding atmosphere and ethnic sentiment; A3, a spiritual tune with an organic atmosphere; B1, a 23-minute-long piece of aggressive, freaky improvisation; all songs are very unique and ear-catching. The artwork is also superb.
