This album, released in 1982, is by French singer-songwriter Pierre Barouh, who not only ran the renowned indie label Saravah but also appeared in many films by Claude Lelouch as an actor. The album was produced as part of a project by producer Naoki Tachikawa, and was recorded in Tokyo with contributions from musicians who greatly admired Barouh, including Yukihiro Takahashi, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Yasuaki Shimizu, Keiichi Suzuki, Masanori Sasaji, Takayuki Hijikata, Hideo Yamaki, and Motohiko Hamase. Barouh wrote the lyrics for all the songs, and the compositions were created by both the participating members and others such as Kazuhiko Kato, Francis Lai, and Nobuyuki Shimizu. The album showcases a refined French pop style throughout, following in the spirit of the classic work Ca Va, Ca Vient.
