The album was released in 1982 by the New Jungle Orchestra led by Danish jazz guitarist Pierre Dorge, and features 12 musicians including John Tchikai (as, ss, etc.). The album opens with the primitive sound of a balafon, and features organic feeling with a worldview similar to Don Cherry and Piirpauke, a polyrhythmic rhythm section, and a euphoric chorus reminiscent of Bengt Berger's Bitter This is a great album to add to the new ethnic jazz orchestral archives.
