This album was released in 1978 under the supervision of Toshiya Nakaoka, author of the book "Pyramid Power" published during the occult/paranormal boom. As stated on the obi, the album contains eight original songs created for meditation by Pyramid Power, composed by Rei Sekimori and synthesized by Hideki Matsutake, the fourth YMO member. In terms of musical taste, the groove is similar to the analog synthesizer-driven electronic new age music of the same era by Ito Sho, Kitaro, and Miyashita Tomizuo, but the electronic sound freakish Matsutake sound in B1, B2 and B3 is superb. Electronic sounds, which are also applied in Haruomi Hosono's "Moon of Cochin," appear at key points. The insert includes a meditation procedure performed inside a handmade pyramid, which is quite interesting.
