This is an undiscovered masterpiece by the group of lead player Knut Rossler and guitarist Werner Goos, who are also members of the Fuchs-Goos-Band, which released the classic album "Chameleon 2" on the good German minor label Software in 1981. The band includes Stefan Traub (vib), Johannes Schadlich (b), Janusz Stefancki (dr), and American pianist Hal Galper, who has released works with Terumasa Hino, as a guest. The music is mainly straight-ahead modal jazz and hard bop, but the best part is A3, which is deep spiritual jazz with aggressive drums and saxophone playing that paints a melancholy scene with intonation. B1 is a beautiful soundscape of sadness with Knut Rossler's flute and Hal Galper's piano
A3: Song for Eva
B1: Thanks
