This was introduced in the 1st. edition of the guidebook "obscure sound". Sandii, a fimele singer who started her career as a singer at the age of only 9 and became famous in the 1970's for "Love Scall", the ending theme song of the anime "Lupin III", and the theme song of the movie "The Nile Murders", formed Sandii & The Sunsetz with Makoto Kubota. This solo album was produced by Haruomi Hosono and released in 1980. Hosono's sound makeup was uncommonly amazing, and he produced the album with all his might, incorporating all the cutting-edge sensibilities of the time, including rock, punk, techno, new wave, reggae, experimental, and electronic music. It's been more than 35 years since this was made, but it's still cutting edge. All the songs are the best of the best. Original 1st pressing.
